Is this a yoga retreat?

Yoga is part of the rhythm, but the retreat is broader: mountain silence, food, walking, presence and reset.

Is it physically demanding?

It is designed as gentle to moderate. Outdoor elements are adapted to the group and conditions.

Can I stay in a room instead of a tent?

Yes. Tents are the default setup, but guesthouse room upgrades are available on request and subject to availability.

Do I need experience?

No previous yoga or retreat experience is required.
